Drinking plenty of water is perfect remedy for this and offers an ideal way of cleansing the mouth and shifting food debris. 1. Make sure to keep your orthodontist appointments

Follow up sessions with your orthodontist are an essential part of successful tooth straightening treatment. A check-up will normally last between 10 to 30 minutes depending on the state of your brace at the time of your visit.  This also gives your orthodontist plenty of time to check on the progress of your treatment, identify potential issues, and assess the overall condition of your teeth and gums.
